Reporting violations of the law

The procedures set out the standards and methods of conduct for reporting breaches of the law set out in the Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 June 2024, the rules for conducting follow-up actions, and the conditions and scope of whistleblower protection.

Receipt and consideration of a report of infringement of the law and follow-up requires the processing of personal data.

The controller of the whistleblower’s personal data is Alupol Films Sp. z o.o.

Personal data is processed only for the purpose of complying with legal obligations under the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 June 2024.

A whistleblower has the right to access, correct or update data, the right to delete data, the right to restrict their processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Any personal data of the whistleblower is confidential as long as the whistleblower does not consent to its disclosure. If they are disclosed on the basis of the whistleblower’s explicit consent, they have the right to withdraw that consent without affecting the actions taken between the time and the withdrawal.
