BOPP Polypropylene films

Biaxially oriented polypropylene film is one of the most commonly used materials in the packaging industry. Thanks to its properties is used in the manufacturinge of packaging for food products, for example: biscuits chocolate products, wafers, ice cream, noodles, crisps, chips, snacks, breads, as well as for wrapping boxes of tea, coffee, cosmetics, CDs, DVDs,  and flower packaging.


BOPP film has very good sealability, good mechanical properties and low water and fragranc vapor permeability.


Polypropylene film can be printed by rotogravure and flexographic presses.  It can be used for monofilms and may be a component of laminates produced in the process of lamination, both solvent and solvent-less methods. Packaging based on it can be used for horizontal HFFS and vertical VFFS packaging machines. The tightness of the package can be achieved by heat sealing or optionally coated by cold sealing.

Special BOPP films  are produced depending on application:


  • Transparent polypropylene film which is characterized by high transparency and gloss.
  • Sealable polypropylene film metallized side, with a high barrier with respect to light and water vapor and fragrance.
  • Pearly-white polypropylene film provides high performance packaging, pearly appearance and guarantee a high degree of opacity of film aesthetics for many applications.
  • White polypropylene film has a very high bleaching and high gloss and high opacity.


All of the product have been approved for contact with food and used by many customers throughout Europe.
